What group sizes do you handle?

Usually 20 to 300 people. Smaller leadership offsites are welcome too.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes, GST invoices in your company’s name, with a consolidated bill if you prefer.

Can you plan a wildlife offsite?

Yes. Jungle lodges near Bandhavgarh, Kanha, Tadoba or Pilibhit work well for leadership retreats, with meeting space and safaris in the same trip.

How early should we start?

Six to eight weeks for India, three months or more for international groups that need visas. Large groups in peak season need longer.

Can employees fly from different cities?

Yes. We book flights or trains from each city and time arrivals so the group meets at the destination.

How do payments work?

An advance confirms hotels and flights, with the balance due before travel. The proposal lists the schedule and cancellation terms clearly.

Can you handle visas for the whole team?

Yes. We collect documents, prepare files and book appointments for everyone, and track each passport until it comes back.
